Hi, I’m Dan and I spread my time between the two sites. I’m the owner of the company but you can still find me on the shop floor doing hair or in the studio delivering group exercise classes. Currently I have over 20 years experience in the industry and I still love it just as much as day one. I’m a qualified master colourist with both Wella and Schwarzkopf and have continued my education, both receiving and delivering all the way through. My job has taken me to some wonderful places over the years, including several visits to the Redken Exchange on 5th Ave in New York.

Ive also been a qualified fitness instructor for close to 15 years and these days you can catch me in our Lincoln exercise studio leading classes.

Versatile in my craft, I specialise in everything from seamless balayage and precision skin fades to bold, vivid colour transformations.

For me, it’s not just about great hair — it’s about how you feel when you leave the chair. I pride myself on creating a fun, welcoming environment where you feel listened to, relaxed, and completely taken care of.

I’ve been back in the industry for the past 2 years after a short break, and during that time I’ve continued to refine my skills both in-salon and through professional training, including Wella colour and cutting courses.

You can trust that your hair is in safe hands — and I can’t wait to meet you.

Hello! I’m Jessica and I am a qualified Level 2 Hairdresser, soon to be Level 3 qualified and I have just achieved an award for hair and beauty through college. I completed a 2-year apprenticeship and I’m now coming up to my first year working on the salon floor. 

I really enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, but I have to say styling and colouring are my passions— from vibrant reds to soft, creamy vanilla blondes but I welcome everyone into my chair. 

It's not just about the hair tho — it’s about the experience too. I always strive to make sure my clients feel listened to and comfortable in my chair and that they can speak freely and ask questions. Every appointment is all about you, whether you want to relax and enjoy some quiet time or have a good chat and catch up.

About me

I’m Carla and I’ve been teaching fitness classes since 2012.

I have a passion for a wide variety of exercise including dance, HIIT, Combat and strength training. I’ve also recently qualified as an Aqua Aerobics instructor.

Fitness classes,for me, are about mental health as much as the physical side. I pride myself on creating a friendly, inclusive and accessible environment in classes that encourage consistency. Some members have been with me since the beginning!

With over 20 years of experience in Les Mills BodyCombat, I’ve developed a deep passion for high-energy training, discipline, and helping others push beyond their limits. What started as a personal interest has grown into a genuine commitment to the programme and the powerful impact it can have on both physical fitness and mental resilience.

Outside of the studio, I run my own limited security company—an industry where focus, leadership, and adaptability are essential. These same qualities carry over into my approach to training, where structure meets motivation to create an engaging and rewarding experience.

I have a strong appetite for travel and enjoy exploring new places, cultures, and perspectives. I’m also driven by a constant desire to learn and grow, always looking to develop new skills and stay sharp—both professionally and personally.

Whether you’re new to BodyCombat or looking to take your training to the next level, my goal is to bring energy, experience, and authenticity to every session.

Whether you’re completely new or already training, this class is for you. Everything is adaptable and I’ll guide you through options so you can work at your own level and build confidence each week 🙌

I’m currently studying for my level 2 qualification at Lincoln College, where I’m building a strong foundation in all aspects of hairdressing. 

I take pride in working with precision, care, and attention to detail, ensuring every client enjoys a relaxing and positive experience. 

I’m especially passionate about styling, updos, and head massage, and I’m also developing my skills in blow drying and creative colour work. I love helping clients leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed. 

As the industry continues to evolve, I’m committed to learning new skills and developing my knowledge to become the best hairdresser I can be.

'Hi, I'm Vicky and I've been hairdressing for over 35 years.

 I have worked at various great salons in my time which is how I met Dan.

 I joined him on his journey with Dan Taylor Hair when he opened the Brigg salon.

 I am proud to have built a loyal and long lasting clientele throughout my career.

 I specialize in cutting, especially the challenge of restyles. One of my favourite parts of the job is the satisfaction I get from seeing happiness on my clients' faces. I'm also very experienced in colouring and particularly enjoy highlighting.

 I offer a calm and warm approach to clients that may find visiting a hair salon daunting. I will always work with you to make your appointment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I hope to see you in my chair soon!'
